ROOM FOR RENT ($1,000 INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES) / ACCESS TO ENTIRE HOUSE
TWO BEDROOMS TO RENT IN THREE-BEDROOM HOME / FIU AREA MOVE IN MAY 1 / $1,000 PER MONTH INCLUDING UTILITIES / LONG-TERM / DEPOSIT REQUIRED
These two new roommates will share the entire home (kitchen, living / common area, laundry), but will share... one bathroom with one other roommate, so you must be very conscientious and respectful of roommate's sharing of space and personal items in the bathroom.
Pets: Must love dogs. One large, friendly dog already lives in the home, so no other pets allowed.
Overnight guests: Limited to two to three times a week as a courtesy and consideration to other roommates.
Cleaning routines: Entire house must be kept clean and orderly at all times so as to avoid weekly deep cleaning. A cleaning schedule will be coordinated so everyone does their fair share in the house duties. Additionally, everyone must clean up after themselves after every meal. Maintenance and cleanliness are of utmost importance to ensure the other tenants' comfort, health, and well-being.
Financial responsibilities: Rent due on the first day of each month. All cleaning supply expenses will be divided / shared as incurred.
About current roommate: Has full-time job.
Only serious renters, please. A $1,000 Security Deposit required. Must provide references.
