What's included: Both rooms come furnished with a queen bed, laminate wood floors, and a dresser (feel free to bring your own furniture too). Each room shares a private bathroom with one other student. All utilities are included in your monthly rate — WiFi, high-speed internet, electricity, central AC, and water. You'll also have access to the laundry room, kitchen, and guaranteed driveway parking.
Who I'm looking for: Female FIU students only, nonsmokers, drug-free, staying for at least 6 months. Quiet, respectful household; no smoking and no guests at any time. Please keep your room, bathroom, and shared spaces clean.
