Bright, furnished BEDROOM in a quiet Private Home - $1200/month. Graduate student, University faculty or staff or other financially responsible individual accepted. Minimum 1 year. It has been our honor to have housed both UM and FIU graduate... students in the past.

There are many comfortable areas in and around the house for studying. Home has a shared kitchen, dining room and a large living room area, as well as a screened in back patio with local wildlife in the gardens. Perfect quiet location to study, read or just enjoy the flowers, birds, butterflies and squirrels in a serene, peaceful atmosphere.

Two bedrooms share the full main bathroom with a shower. Homeowner in master bedroom has a separate bathroom. The bedroom has a ceiling fan with a light and a large +6' wide x 7' high floor to ceiling closet with tall bi-fold doors for easy access to the top shelf for storage. Furnished room has a bed, nightstand, dresser, desk & chair, and a shelf unit.

Hi-speed Wi-Fi internet, Central AC, use of washer/dryer and one (1) off-street parking space is included. There is a shared kitchen and a refrigerator/freezer for your use. You must provide your own kitchen supplies for cooking, eating and clean up. There is a Publix grocery store 3 blocks away.

First month $1,200 and $1,200 deposit plus $55 background check = $2455 to move in.
