About the Listing Agent

Clarice Almeida and her husband arrived in the U.S. in 1987, pregnant with their first child, to pursue the American Dream. They worked hard to eventually purchase their first home and provide their three children with a quality education. For 14 years, Clarice served as the superintendent of a 54-unit apartment building in Cutler Bay, surviving Hurricane Andrew. She also managed to clean up the community increasing the building's value. Having learned about property management, Clarice then decided to attend Gold Coast School of Real Estate. Since 2001, she has been working as a real estate agent covering most of Miami-Dade County, from Doral to Homestead.
