Yumi Pla has been listing and selling homes in the areas of Miami-Dade and Broward for the past 10 years. Her real estate philosophy maintains a meticulous attention to the needs of her clients. Born in Cuba, Yumi experienced life in Habana as a child, immigrating with her parents to Venezuela then finally to South Florida at the age of sixteen. This journey, from a small neighborhood to the evolving urban city of Miami, shaped her life. She is a mother of two girls and the wife of an Army Veteran for 25 years. Working hard to provide and support her family has been one of the main motivating factors for Yumi. In 2007, Yumi immersed herself into the world of real estate as an Appraisal Trainee working with Gattorno Appraisal Group, Inc. In 2008, she pursued to get her real estate license in order to gain more experience within the field.
